Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original Hario packaging, ensuring all glass components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
