When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

What is your return policy for glass products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If your heat-resistant glass arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement.

Do you ship internationally from the UK store?

Hario UK currently ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. For international orders, please visit our global or regional partner sites.

How do I care for my V60 ceramic dripper?

Our ceramic drippers are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to maintain the glaze and prevent accidental chipping against other dishes.

Are your paper filters oxygen-bleached?

Yes, our white paper filters are oxygen-bleached to ensure no chemical taste is transferred to your coffee. We also offer unbleached brown filters for those who prefer a more natural option.
